How do I receive payments?
All digital customer payments are collected securely on the Juvania platform. Payouts are compiled and sent directly to your registered bank account every Wednesday.
Are there any signup or registration fees?
No, registering your shop on Juvania is absolutely free. We only charge a small performance-based commission per successful order generated through our application.
How does the delivery process work?
When a customer requests an order, you will be notified on your partner app. You are responsible for picking up the clothes, counting them at the doorstep, returning to your shop to perform the service, and delivering them back within the selected schedule.
What happens if a customer disputes the cloth count?
Juvania resolves disputes by requiring you to count clothes physically at the customer's doorstep and inputting the exact count directly inside the app, which the customer confirms digitally at that moment. This eliminates post-delivery disputes.
