What are your customer support hours?
Our support team is available 7 days a week, from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM IST. Any messages received outside these hours will be addressed first thing the next morning.
How fast do you respond to messages?
We aim to respond to all inquiries submitted through the contact form within 2 hours during normal business hours. If your request is urgent regarding an active order, please use the in-app chat or call feature instead.
Where is Juvania currently operating?
