By downloading, accessing, or using the Juvania application and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions, you must not use our services.

Juvania operates as a technology platform connecting users seeking laundry and ironing services with independent local vendors.
What we do:
- Facilitate the booking and scheduling of services.
- Process payments securely on behalf of the vendors.
- Provide customer support and mediation in case of disputes.
3. User Responsibilities
As a user of Juvania, you agree to:
- 1Provide accurate contact and address information for pickups.
- 2Ensure clothes handed over do not contain hazardous materials or valuables left in pockets.
- 3Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. Liability & Limitations
While we thoroughly vet our vendors, Juvania acts as an intermediary platform. We hold liability for platform uptime and payment processing. Liability for damaged or lost clothing is mediated by Juvania but ultimately lies within the specific vendor's service agreement, up to a maximum defined compensation limit outlined in our app.
